Organizer
The competition is organized by Dogmä, having its head office at 1046 Route 138, Neuville, QC, G0A 2R0.
Eligibility
1. This competition is open to all residents of Canada, aged 18 or over, with the exception of employees of the organizer, members of their immediate family, as well as people living in their home.
2. To be eligible, the participant must make a purchase of products or services on the website www.dogmanature.com during the contest period.
Duration of the contest
The competition begins on Febuary 1st, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (local time) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (local time).
How to participate
1. Participants will receive one (1) chance to enter the final draw for every $250 CAD spent on www.dogmanature.com .
2. Qualifying purchases (Dogmä products) must be made and paid in full during the Contest Period.
3. Entries are automatically entered into the draw as soon as the purchase conditions are met. No additional registration form is required.
Prizes to be won
1. One (1) travel credit worth $2,000 CAD will be awarded to the winner.
2. The travel credit cannot be converted into cash, is non-transferable and must be used in accordance with the conditions determined by the Organizer.
Drawing and winner selection
1. The draw will take place on Tuesday January 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (local time) at the Organizer's head office.
2. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
3. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within five (5) days of the drawing.
Claiming the prize
1. The winner must respond to the Organizer within seven (7) days of receipt of the notice to confirm acceptance of their prize.
2. Before receiving their prize, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
3. If the winner does not meet the claim requirements, another draw will be conducted to award the prize.
General conditions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the contest at any time, for any reason, without notice.
2. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or incorrect entries due to technical or other problems.
3. By participating, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use his or her name, photograph, city of residence and testimonial for advertising purposes, without additional compensation.
Protection of personal information
Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely to administer the competition and in accordance with the Organizer's privacy policy.
