You have 5 business days from the date of reception of your package to contact our customer service team at andree@dogmanature.com or to reach out to your representative for an exchange or a refund.

Order Error

Please note, if it is an order error of your doing, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user and are non-refundable.

Having second thoughts or an issue with your order? No problem! Once an order is placed, you have one hour to cancel it. Please note that cancelling will void the entire order.

If your package is returned due to an error in the provided postal address, we may either resend it at your expense or partially refund your order (total order amount minus shipping costs incurred by Dogmä).
